Everyone should be able to use this.

Purpose Link is built for people who may be tired, stressed, on an old phone, or using a screen reader. Accessibility is part of whether the product works at all.

Our commitments

  • Target conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA.
  • Semantic headings and landmarks, with one main region per page.
  • Full keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator on every control.
  • Text and interface contrast that meets AA on our warm-light palette.
  • Labels on every field, with error summaries that name what to fix.
  • Status never conveyed by color alone — badges pair an icon with words.
  • Comfortable touch targets, sized for one-handed phone use.
  • Reduced-motion support for people who prefer less movement.
  • Language metadata on the page, with an EN | ES switch for core copy.
  • Accessible dialogs and drawers that can be closed with the keyboard.

Tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. Accessibility problems are treated as defects, not feature requests. Purpose Link Houston is currently in development, so early reports carry a lot of weight.
